(2) The racket surface used to hit the ball shall be covered with a layer of "ordinary particle glue" with particles outward, and the thickness of the adhesive shall not exceed 2 mm; Or covered with particles of "sponge" inward or outward, the physical activity equipment together with the adhesive thickness does not exceed 4 mm. "Ordinary granular rubber" is a layer of natural rubber or synthetic rubber without foam, the particles must be distributed over the entire surface with an average density of not less than 10 and not more than 50 particles per square centimeter. "Sponge" means that a layer of foam rubber is covered with a layer of ordinary particle glue, and the thickness of ordinary particle glue is not more than 2 mm. The racket surface used to hit the ball shall be covered with a layer of "ordinary pellet glue" with particles facing outward.

(3) The covering shall cover the entire face of the beat, but shall not exceed its edge.

(4) The bottom plate, any interlayer, covering and bonding layer in the bottom plate shall be a whole with uniform thickness

(5) Both sides of the racket, whether covered or not, must be dull and bright red on one side and black on the other.

(6) Due to accidental damage, wear or fading, resulting in a slight difference in the integrity of the racket face and the consistency of the color, as long as it does not significantly change the performance of the racket face, can be allowed to use.
